CRM (Customer Relationship Management)

  • Vacation planner for planning and managing staff leave while taking vacation bans and skeleton staffing into account.

Communication server

  • Certified SAP connection (R/3.x,4.5,4.6;SAP R/3 Enterprise 4.7; SAP ERP ECC 5.0, 6.0, SAP BUSINESS SUITE): Deliveries, tours, master data and status messages are transferred with the certified SAP interface (SD-TPS), further processed in CarLo® and, if required, re-transferred back to the ERP system.
