Using the new ticket system, you can go online to check the current processing status of your hotline request and the estimated completion time. Your customer number and hotline ticket number are all that is required. You will be sent the ticket number automatically by e-mail.

A picture is worth a thousand words - and the same is true during a call to the hotline. In addition, our programs are very flexible. Fields can be renamed and windows moved. Therefore statements such as "the first field above on the right" do not help anyone. Using Netviewer GmbH software, our customer service team can engage your monitor online. There is no need for you to install a program and you retain the control over your PC.
